I went to Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley on a Saturday after the service department closed because the cover to my gas cap would not open. I really did not hold out much hope for assistance since the service dept was closed. However, to my amazement, John and Terri (NOT technicians!...) came to my rescue! In addition to attempting to open the malfunctioning cover, they even went so far as to GOOGLE instructions! These GENTLEMEN were so customer service oriented and friendly! Prior to arriving to MB Hunt Valley, In my haste to attempt to open the gas cap cover, I surface scratched the paint off. Terri told me to bring my car back on Monday to have the cover serviced and also said not to worry about the scratch....Well to add to an already great experience, I showed up on Monday morning with no appointment and Wayne Prince, (Customer Care Consultant), a gentleman befitting of his name, without hesitation, welcomed me, listened to my issue with my car, provided comedic relief, and set me up with a loaner.... all with a smile! I picked up my car the next day....the work was performed quickly and correctly. I did not purchase my Mercedes from MB HuntValley, but my next MB purchase will be from this location....I just hope these three fine men are still there!
Marshall Sanders provided me with an excellent experience all around while I was in the market for my new E300. We just bought a good deal BMW X5 here and I recommend people who looking for cars. They have a good deal which is one price no negotiate ( lower than the market price). We called to ask about the car and Mr. Marshall Sanders helped us. We drove 5 hours to this location and he supposed to go home earlier but he still waited for us until 8 pm we arrived. He is honestly and straightforward. Finally we got the car at 9 pm after all the processes and finance.
