I contacted Eurostar after seeing an online listing for one of their cars and was able to set up an appointment for the following weekend. Given that the car was 30 years old, I was somewhat skeptical of what condition it would be in. My expectations were shattered as soon as I stepped on the lot; every single vehicle, regardless of age/make/model, was in immaculate condition. The process of purchasing the car and transferring the title was expeditious and even now, months after the purchase, Chip and his staff are more than willing to answer any questions and concerns that I have about the vehicle. Excellent experience!
But it was by simply noticing a screw in a tyre, which they sent out for repair while they continued working and saved me the hassle of dealing with a flat tyre some morning that impressed me greatly.
