Bottom line, I couldn't recommend Hunt Valley Audi more. I truly appreciate the way we were treated, the atmosphere of the dealership, the knowledge of all involved and absolutely love the car.
Nick the salesman did an awesome job before and after the sale. Even Ryan, the sales manager was involved. Everyone seem to honestly care about my treatment which was refreshing. I have had some bad experiences with other dealerships, none here. I absolutely love the car, way beyond my expectations. I have already recommended the car and the dealership to friends and will continue to do so. Great dealership, great car!
Eric was a fabulous customer service rep, very friendly, not overly salesy just genuine good service. I went in for a safety recall issue , that was taken care of but they found my tires were below tread levels so he offered sage advice on tire options and actually saved me money. Also, the loaner vehicle was clean and pleasure to drive.
I bought a used Toyota Camry from here this week and I dealt with Dave K. He was a straight forward salesman who didn't try and butter up the deal or anything. Great guy, and same with his boss Ken. (I believe that was his name) The only reason I rate my experience a 4 and not a 5 is because one of the finance guys was out on vacation so we had to wait a little longer to go through the finance. Other than that everyone there was awesome and the whole experience was a pleasure!
My wife and I bought a new A5 this weekend and our experience was incredible. Having bought many cars before, I knew the process would be a long process...it is what it is. What I didn't expect was to have several members of the dealership to keep us engaged the entire time we waited. Patrick was our salesman, nice kid, definitely recommend him. Joey, the technologist, took the extra time to walk through the entire care while we waited for finance to finish prepping the paperwork. Finally, we sat down with Donald B in finance and things continued to proceed equally smooth. No high pressure sales, no hard sell on the extended warranty nor the prepaid maintenance since I didn't want them rolled into the loan not could I pay cash on the spot. However, because of the way we were treated from beginning to end, I will most definitely go back to buy both the extended warranty and the prepaid maintenance in cash.
This place is super awesome. I've arrived unannounced on several occasions on the weekend and each time they service my needs without hesitation or complaint. Very professional staff that provides excellent customer service.
