Visited the belair, MD location and left because the people running the store are so nasty to customers and visited this store and MY GOD was the service top notch! My husband was fitted properly and the employee actually got on his knees and made sure everything was okay! I learned some really cool things about taking care of the boots & was actually told that what the lady in belair, MD told me about waxing my boots was incorrect and was doing more Damage then good. This store is now my go to store during returns, problems, and exchanges! Way to go guys!
Fantastic experience. Walked in and received great service, found exactly what I needed with some good recommendations. Super cool foot analysis tool that also made good recommendations on orothodics. Can't recommend more.
