I asked to have my gift boxes distinguished somehow on the outside as they look the same and are going to different people.
The next time I went to purchase my items the two cashiers (one of which was the same woman from last time) continued talking about their personal lives and did not even say hello or greet me.
Customer service is horrible. One time I went in and asked about an email I received, the manager, or who I assume to be the manager seemed annoyed to answer my question and made me feel stupid for asking about the newsletter for their store.
The same women looked at each other and said "You're gonna have to do that yourself." Really? I was just asking them to do something as simple as put a piece of tape on the outside of one of the boxes. I can't ever go here again because of these two women. The store itself and clothes are amazing.
I came in looking for a pair of sunglasses and ended up spending way more time looking around, than I thought I would. Nikki is wonderful and she's very helpful in assisting you with anything you need. She's a great person to go to if you're looking for a cute new wardrobe or accessory styling ideas.
