My wife and I went here last night with my sister and her fiance. The place is awesome. They used nitrogen to make the ice cream creamy but not rich (so you don't feel as guilty eating it lol). They also have a TON of options. Someone below said that was a bad thing, but we loved it . When you go in, you circle on a laminated sheet the size you want, then the type of ice cream. Btw, they have more than just dairy options, which made my wife happy, so if you can't eat dairy, some of the options are rice cream, almond milk, soy.... I'll try to get pictures later. After choosing your delicious base, you then circle your flavor (and you can mix in as many flavors as you want for no extra cost!). When you're done choosing your flavor(s), you then circle how ever many toppings you want, but that part is an additional cost. Finally, decide if you want a regular cup or waffle bowl in a cup, and the waffle bowl is made right there. I tried it and it was delicious! All in all, great experience, we plan to go back again and we hope this place stays in the Hunt Valley Town Centre.
Super cool process and options on options. But, you either get youre ice cream soupy or hard and icy. Not smooth, okay flavor, and well not worth the money for horrible artifical ice cream @ 4 bucks a cup
The child that the one woman is talking about is family? So how is that highly "illegal" Jesus you need to get a life, you must have a lot of time to go out of your way and tear a cute little business apart? I had a wonderful experience! Sorry just had to address what that one terribly mannered lady was saying! But anyways very different and had sugar free options which was awesome. highly recommend great service for how packed this place was and very polite employees.
Went when I was in town visiting family. The ice cream was so-so as the flavors weren't very strong. It was a cool experience, however.
Went there a couple weeks ago with some friends. The ice cream is okay, and the experience is cool, but the service leaves something to be desired. They made my friend's order incorrectly and claimed it was her fault when she asked for a new one, which was incorrect. They also have an elementary-aged child working at the cash register, which, in the state of MD, is highly illegal. I would still give the place three stars, if they had conducted themselves professionally when my friend had given them a negative review on their Facebook page. However, instead of taking the criticism and using it to better their business, the owner, I'm assuming, replied to the comment very rudely. They once again claimed that the mistake was my friend's fault and that, being as "hectic" as the store is, it would be impossible for them to get every order correct. They also claimed that it was fine for a child to work in the store because he's "responsible and hard-working." I've noticed they have done this for many of the other negative reviews, as well. Also, once I responded to their response, they deleted the review and took the option to review them off of their Facebook page entirely. Certainly not the proper way to respond to criticism or run a business.
