I use to enjoy getting food from here. Lately the service has been extremely horrible. Every time I call to place an order they tell me to hold on. After a few minutes someone picks up I'll ask my question again and then they hang up. Just rude and terrible customer service.

It's ridiculous for them to tell you, the food cannot be modified as desired! HORRIBLE customer service experience. Unfortunately not the first time it happens.
