Service here is always very nice, but this is the third time visiting and having my food was misordered. Nothing like going home to a burrito you didn't order that's been over-charged for the meat they didn't put on it.
This location has gone downhill. Slow, limited staff, mis-orders, and dirty. There has been a missing urinal in the mens room for months. Look up on the ceilings, ducts have probably not been cleaned in years.
Menu has been simplified since the last time I was there; it's a good thing. The food is great as always. All food is MTO. They live up the the "Fresh" part of their name.
Very fresh, authentic food. Refills on drinks. Very friendly staff.
Not the fastest service but the food is decent.
