Clean rooms and the most amazing staff. We love it here.
Excellent hotel. Clean, diet, beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds. I was very happy with my stay here. The breakfast served in the morning is incredible. Bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, coffee, fresh fruit... Just wow. And very friendly staff! Next time I am in Baltimore I will be staying here.

If you stay here longer than a couple of weeks don't expect good service from the house keeping dept. Despite how many nights have passed between having your room serviced, the cleaning crew will consistently neglect to actually change your sheets (pay close attention to this if you stay here!) I've had to repeatedly ask for trashcans that were left in the room to be emptied, kitchen towels to be provided, toilette paper and paper towels to be restocked, and the room to be vacuumed. Breakfast and happy hour are decent and the staff is generally friendly. The pool, gym and other amenities are decent and what you should expect, but pay close attention to the housekeeping service. As a regular business traveler this become very tiresome and unacceptable and makes it less likely that I would pick this location over a competitor like Hilton.
