I purchased a floor model mattress and after it's third use a guest commented on a "crater" in the mattress and a cracking noise when one sits on the side of it. Called the store and sales person said she would get back to me right away. No call, I called back 2 more times, she said she was busy and would call back. No call, went into store and spoke to her and the manager, was told they would call me in 2 hours, over a week later, no call. Decided to call corporate customer relations, left message, no call. This is obviously the way Mattress Warehouse resolves problems. Ignore you and hope you go away. They certainly aren't interested in the consumer after you walk out the door. I would not recommend this store or this company.

I have purchased multiple mattresses at this location. Every time they have provided good customer service. They have a wide selection of quality mattresses at very competitive prices. Good selection of premium mattresses, and they sell low priced quality mattresses for less than you can get the mail order mattresses. Basically, you get a good mattress at a lower price. Everything is ready to test as well.
