Looking to get fenamnel prices on everything you buy. Come to sams club it fun its cheap its amazing. Its SAMS CLUB. Good stuff almost as good as a shatz. Sont forget to walk in with swag. The costumer service is the best. I love this place i would recommend it to everyone

Often you can find better prices at Wal-Mart, target or any grocery store (and not buy bulk) .

Great store especially when compared to other Sam's clubs. Friendly staff and people that want to help. Comparable to Costco which is not normal for some other Sam's clubs I've been to.

You really can't make this stuff up....bought a chicken pot pie that Sam's club makes at the store....have had it before. Very tasty. When I came home to put in the oven I realized the label that had the instructions on it had a "white line" going through it so I could not see the temperature it should be cooked at. So I tried googling to see if it was some where out on the web, no luck. So I try, operative word, try to call the store. Of course it is all automated...I pick the meat department....phone rings and rings.., automated voice comes on and asks if I want to try again.....rings and no one picks up....then Mr. Automated says he will transfer me to customer service...she answers and says she will "try" to get them....put on hold for over 5 minutes. I hang up and call back....ask for a manager....put on hold again​...for over 7 minutes. At this point I try calling their 800 number for Sam's club.....a Jessica answers...I start to explain my predicament...before I can finish she tells me to microwave it. I explain it is the chicken pot pie that is made in the store....she tells me somewhere between 350° and 400° should be fine.....Really? At this point I ask to speak to her manager.....puts me on hold. Comes back after 5 minutes and says she is busy and doesn't know how long it will be. I said I have time to wait. She hangs up on me. At this point, I am furious...so I call back... explain what just happened and u would like to talk to a supervisor....I'm out on hold.,...she comes back several times to let me know she hasn't forgotten me.....at this point I got back in my car and started driving back to the store......18 minutes into the phone call after several times I was told the supervisor was still busy....I was disconnected. I was only 5 minutes from the store at this point....I went into the store and found a manager and explained what I just went through....he apologized and most of the items in the prepared food case had the same issue...line going through the cooking instructions......h

I love Sam’s Club! Love their product selection, prices, etc. I gave them a 3-star rating because I HATE what they’ve done in the Timonium store. I drive 30 miles one way to get there and have recently become extremely frustrated because by how they have rearranged their aisles. It now takes twice as long to get through the store, added to my drive time and it becomes an all-day event! Two opposite direction carts can’t get down the aisles now without finite maneuvering. Things are moved to non-sensicle areas and can’t be quickly found. I felt like I was in a maze, running into dead-end aisles at every turn. I used to work in the grocery business and know for a fact that the majority of grocery shoppers hate the job and just want to get it over with; not hunt, peck and search, dragging-out the ordeal. I’m hoping this mess is only temporary due to the renovation. Also, it came to my attention two days ago, that member cards are no longer checked at the door. So now, anyone and everyone can enter the store at anytime during operating hours. I don’t like that at all! It’s a greed-driven marketing strategy to gain memberships, but completely eradicates the feel of exclusivity to its members. I no longer feel comfortable there, knowing that not everyone around me is a member and their presence is accountable.
