I Rented a mountain bike here last week and took a beautiful ride down the NCRR trail, i highly recommend it if you haven't been there before!!!!!

The bike shop right here rents tubs too. But just remember a mountain bike will make you a slow loser at life and biking....also, bring a bell, there's a lot of slow slow slow people on this trail. York is mad cheap if you make it to the other end. stay at the yorktown hotel for 130 a night...the rooms are mansion like
Great trail for beginners....if you're more advanced (read 5k miles a year+) then you want to do the trail up and back in one day. I definately reccomend a road bike for this trail NOT a mountain bike. the trail is so well maintained and high quality crushed gravel.
