I don't know how this place stays in business. Saturday evening, 6 PM, only one other table was occupied in the entire restaurant, which should have sent up a red flag. There were more employees than patrons. Restaurant was freezing, uncomfortably so. Ordered iced tea but was told they were out of lemons. Never offered refills on drinks. Food was okay but nothing special and it took forever for the food to be delivered to our table (keep in mind only one other table occupied, with two people). Decor is very dated, but I'm not sure that would help attract more business. I think Pizza Hut has seen the last of this patron.
Absolutely AWFUL. First thing- walk in get seated at a table, that had dirty handprints all over it. Then us- along with the few others there had to get our own utensils and plates as none were left.
Absolutely awful- thank god we live no where near here and never have to come back!!
I honestly don't know why I keep ordering from this place!! Every time I dine in, the customer service experience is horrible and the food takes what seems for like forever to come out. Today I ordered online and I forgot to add two sides of marinara sauce so I call them as soon as I places the order. First no answer. The phone was ringing for a long time and nobody answered. I waited 10 minutes, when I called back the lady who answered the phone told me that I could not modify the order because it was on its way already. I know that was a lie. They never make the orders that fast. They need to replace their staff.
Very rude and incompetent staff.. the manager Jackie Boil is no better. This place needs to shut down or hire new management.
Placed and online order twice and each time my order came way before the time I provided. The 2nd time I had to come to the store to pick it up offer no apologies only a 10% discount. Do not go here under any circumstances
THEN- they bumped our order for pizza and it took 45 minutes for the pizza to come out.
