The Food was FULL of SALT!!!
First time here and we loved it. I had the 8 oz. pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. It was delicious.
Excellent! I had brisket tips, slaw and greens. Everything was cooked and prepared right. Service was friendly and fast. And I love the settings quite eclectic and the music was like 60s soul and Blues. Keep up the good work here!
I bought a Pulled Pork Meal last night for my family and had to throw it in the trash. The BBQ Sauce was so salty, we could not use it. I used a bottle that was in the refrigerator. The collard greens were had so much sodium in them it tasted like someone just dumped an entire container of salt in them. In my opinion, speaking from experience (I have owned and catered in the past), your line chef or sou chef needs to sample the dishes while they are in progress to insure the ingredients are balance. I would love to try this BBQ place again but this is the 3rd time this has happened and I can't afford to throw away another $29.11.
The food tasted microwaved, the chicken wings are awful, no texture, no crisp. The ribs are riddled with bone. The potato wedges were soggy and the corn bread was old and hard. I’ve understand that their food “isn’t for everyone” as the owner claims in every bad review they respond to, but I’ve had an upset stomache after eating there. My tongue stings from how salty it was. Corner stable and charcoal deli are cheaper and better. I’d be embarrassed to serve that food to anyone. We literally ordered and it was ready within 2 minutes, that should have been a sign that no quality or effort went into my food
The menu has lots of sections and the prices are on point. The restaurant is cozy and very unique. We will be back!
We went to Andy's for the first time last week. Don't know why we didn't stop here before! The food is fantastic and the BBQ sauce is lip smacking good. The service was fast and the atmosphere very down home. Very laid back and relaxed place to enjoy great food.
My husband had the brisket sandwich with the Potatoe wedges. I have to say the Potatoe wedges were the best I've ever had. We also got an order of wings, and the are off the hook delicious!
