If you don't mind spending your hard earned money on a business that doesn't care about their patrons returning, then this is the place for you!! Went there with an expired gift card, was told I would receive a call in the morning from the manager. At that point one of the receptionists said they would refund my credit card when the manager came in. Amanda then called me the next day and said "they've had to much gift card embezzlement and that there was nothing they could do for me!' I informed Amanda whom purchased the gift card for me, she then looked it up and confirmed the legitimate purchase. I could understand if I was trying to use a coupon or something however it was a gift card!! I was also told they couldn't accept it after expiration because of Maryland law, I knew as a former business owner that I have never heard of such a thing so I searched the Consumer Protection Division of Maryland and read "It is also important to note that these terms and conditions may not be changed after the date of purchase or issuance unless the change benefits the consumer." I was also told some cockamamy story about how they have to keep paying taxes on my gift card every year. This was unprofessional and Amanda should've just came out and told me point blank that they DO NOT CARE IF I EVER RETURN!! I spent $51 on a haircut, tipped my lovely hair stylist Chloe $20 and my sweet shampoo lady Erica $5. The salon knew what they were doing clearly because my friend who purchased the gift card spent $50 and I also spent 50 plus dollars to get my hair done at a place who doesn't appreciate their clients! What really made me realize this place is off is I wasn't even offered a coupon or percentage off my next service or anything! Zilcho, Nada, Nothing!! I plan on frequenting a salon who appreciates my business and this isn't one of them!
I just had an amazing experience getting my hair colored and cut. My hairstylist Phil, listened to what I wanted (lighter color for summer, and a sexy cut while still keeping my hair longer) and DELIVERED. I left the creativity to him, and ended up with a beautiful result. I couldn't be happier. Book an appointment with Phil!!

I have very straight fine hair, and Kim deSoto gives the best cut for 100 miles. Additionally I was nervous about the transition to color from my natural hair with too much gray, and he patiently worked with me to find the right combination of products and color that really works for me. The staff is always helpful and atmosphere friendly. I am thrilled to have found them!
I came for the spa day package (facial, massage, mani, and pedi). I had Kelly for massage. AWESOME! She worked on the super stubborn knots on my shoulders and back until they were puddles! Diane did my facial (I go to her each time I come). She's amazing as always. She puts me into a trance every time. Tara did my mani and pedi. She said she was new to nails. Could have fooled me! I keep my nails super short for work but she made them look so clean and fresh. My toes are beyond perfection. She can massage your feet like you wouldn't believe! Best spa day ever
