Called Home Depot for an estimate to get gutters replaced. Salesman came out around the third week of August to give estimate and I signed contract and paid deposit the next day. I needed to get work done asap since water was coming in house from the wood being rotted. I was told the work should be done the week after Labor Day. I didn't hear anything so I contacted them on 9/8. Now they said the installer is booked until October and there was nothing they could do. I told them I couldn't wait that long and would need to call someone else. I asked to have a manager call me back (which they never did). Supposedly my refund was going to be processed the next day. It is now 10/4 and I haven't received my refund. When I called, the rep spoke to the sales manager and he had just processed refund today after telling me I would receive it within 5 - 7 days on 9/8. I shop at Home Depot almost every week and I can't believe they treat their customers this way.
