Charged me double the fees for overmilage. The called me and said one amount and then charged my card another amount without authorization from me.
First they changed my reservation and asked me to pick up my truck from a place 35 miles away.
Excellent rental experience. Very courteous, professional staff. I rented a pickup truck, and the whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish. I will not hesitate to rent from Malav in the future!!
After reserving a truck a month in advance they told us the day before moving they had none in this location and that we would have to drive 30 minutes to pick up a truck...absolutely ridiculous. I think a month is enough time to make sure you have a truck available.
Worst place to get a uhaul
I've used this U-Haul Dealer at least a dozen times. Fast, friendly, and professional.
That truck broke down and the guy clearly said to give me my refund back but after a week he turned away from his words and started yelling at me why I chose uhaul at first place.
I get it though they can scam you by making you drive more miles. We canceled and won't be renting from u-haul in the future.
