Took my dog yesterday and was given a free dog wash! Even at the $10 full price the dog wash is well worth it. Best part is the blow dryer to blow out loose fur.
Great service in store, friendly employees, and the new manager was very helpful in pointing out products for my very large dog. Also find better quality products here at competitive prices!

The manager, Frank, is awesome! He helped me pick out the correct collars for the dogs, showed me different options for treats and chewable items for the dogs. He even stayed a 40 minutes past closing, which was an hour and 40 minutes after he time he was supposed to leave, talking to me and getting me better prepared for when I get a puppy. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of dog ownership and care and I recommend him and Pet Valu to anyone in the area! Brendan was also very helpful and patient as we chatted away. Thank you for the great customer service, I will absolutely be back!
SEAN and the manager at this store are THE BEST!!!!! They are helpful, knowledgeable and have both been working there for a while, so they get to know their customers and their customer’s needs!!! ONLY place I shop for my dog and cats!!!!!!!!
