You can pretty much expect the same from all Five Guys. Decent, no frills burgers and amazing fries.
Horrible service. Ordered via the online app and showed up 30 minutes later at the time the food was supposed to be ready to find a single cook standing with his back to the counter doing nothing. After about a minute a second guy can.out from the back and said they had my order and it would be ready soon, but they then cooked at least three orders for folks who showed up after me and placed in person orders before starting mine when I reminded them that I was waiting. In the end it took an hour to get 4 burgers. The manager had no explanations, and the phone line they give for complaints never called back. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
This LOCATION is the worst 5 Guys in all of Baltimore. The tables are sticky and dirty and the service is HORRIBLE. When I asked one of the cooks if they wouldn't mind wiping down my table, he said to look for another table that was cleaner. When my guest and I received our burgers the cheese wasn't melted on the meat. Instead, the cheese was slapped on the burger like an after thought which resulted in a poorly made cheese burger. Also, when I asked if my sandwich could be cut in half the cook was rude and said I could do it myself with a plastic knife. Needless to say I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THAT DIRTY DUMP AGAIN.
Staff not prepared. 4 on floor, milk shake flavor out. Dropped bottles of sauce on the line n left there for 15 min n one employee told the other to get new ones in the back n leave those on table to just wipe down, that's a health code violation lol. Really not efficient compared to the others I have been to. Doesn't look like there is a manager on duty either.
Every single time I come in here I end up waiting over 25 minutes for two burgers and a medium fry. That's just silly. 9 times out of 10 people after me get their food first. When I worked in the restaurant industry we always made the food in the order it was placed. We didn't skip around. It's safe to say I won't visiting this location anymore.
