I had to have a refrigerator removed and new one installed but didn't have access to the water line. Elliott, who works in the appliances department, went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. A store manager, Don, came to my house and installed the new refrigerator for me. Great customer service!

Plenty of space to park. Employees could be a little more helpful. Sometimes they seem as if I am really bothering them or keeping them from someone or something else..However I still go to this store. Bottom line is that I usually get what I came for.
Personnel could be nicer, not all, but the girl in Customer Service, (blonde hair, about 30 yrs.) Was extremely and abruptly rudewhen I asked her if I could assist in bagging my items. Very upsetting. We do a lot of business w/ Ho.e Depot.
Very friendly and helpful employees. Has a huge stock, practically anything you can think of needing, they have!! The parking lot is HUGE, plenty of parking.
