Rude. Just hangs up
I left a voicemail for the company inquiring about masonry repair work that I was looking to have done. No one ever called me back.
Sal came out to give me an estimate to repair damage to my home. He seemed nice at first and although was never outwardly mean, he seemed very bitter and wanted $300 for an estimate. I asked if that $300 would go towards the cost of the job and he said no. I was surprised and when I said, "no thank you", he promptly turned his back and walked away to his car, without a word. Disappointing customer service.
