I took my car for inspection. They failed my car stating that there was no windshield wiper liquid in it and they couldnot open the hood and they claim they could repair the hood for 200$ When I tried opening the hood it did open pretty well. When I question them what needs to be repaired on the hood they asked me to leave. They couldnot give an explanation on why they failed my car for inspection and on top of it charged me 60$.
Had a cable broken. Went there to have a price estimate. They asked for $300. I declined. They immediately dropped the price to $150. I still wanted to leave given the amazing “flexibility” in pricing. But they did something to my car. It would not even start!! I had to leave my car there.
Honest, reliable, and inexpensive. What else can you ask for? I take both my vehicles there and they haven't let me down yet.
Next day, the car was fixed and I paid $150. One day after that, the check engine light went on. My car was in a good condition. It never had such problem before. I figured that I would never bring the car back to them. Worst experience ever!!! I do not feel they are honest! Two guys working there, Bob and Rana… avoid at all cost!!
Extremely bad work and monetary ethics. Never completes the work fully. Does an asinine job and charges an arm and leg. I never take my car to them. I asked how much would it cost to replace the alternator for my 97 Nissan Maxima. They quoted me over $500. I bought the alternator from Advance Auto and took it to a guy, Sam, in downtown Baltimore (126 S Warwick St, Integrity Auto), who charged me $100 for labor. In total I paid less than $250 including tax. Avoid Rana and Bob at all cost.
