From the moment I walked in to the store, I could tell by the atmosphere that this would be a different purchasing experience. Delightful music was playing, the store was brightly lit, showroom layout is well thought out and I was greeted by a really nice salesman, David. David showed me around, no pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the products I was considering. He explained everything in detail. Again, very low pressure. Eric, store manager reviewed our order with David and I to insure accuracy. This was the most pleasant shopping experience I have had in quite sometime. Great job guys.
I came to Bob's furniture in Hunt Valley location, and was very pleased by a salesperson that helped me and my husband named, Loni Smith. She was absolutely amazing at her job. She took her time with us, and answered every question we had about every piece of furniture we asked about. She is very knowledgeable about the furniture that is in the store and that made all the difference!
Went looking for a new sofa today with,my mother-in-law, Karen took great care of us! We were given plenty of room to look around , and were given prompt , friendly, very efficient service the moment we were ready to make a decision. Karen was kind, and patient with us and has a great personality. I truly could not have asked for better service. My fiancé and I were looking to buy a new sectional sofa, and were very impressed by the selection at Bob’s. Our sales associate Hank Clark was so very helpful and did not make us feel pressured or on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best sectional within our budget. The 12 month interest-free financing is also a plus. We definitely plan on returning to see Hank when we are ready to purchase a bedroom set.
Excellent customer service - I received the best service today from Shelia. With a general idea for furniture, Shelia helped me narrow my selection and color choice. Shelia's guidance ensured I acquired everything from living-room, bed-room, and office furniture. I can honestly say I walked away quite satisfied. Given Shelia's familiarity with furniture choice, I'm certain anyone she helps will absolutely find everything they desire within a reasonable price. In fact, Shelia's forward thinking ensured I walked away knowing how to appropriately care for memory foam mattress etc. My experience at this location was absolutely pleasant. Expect to visit again when I move. Overall, you can't go wrong with this location especially when helped by Shelia. Notable mention, the manager takes time to finalize any order you make, ensuring you get exactly as you desire. This particular quality provides you as the customer reassurance that all you requested is as ordered. I give thumbs-up all around in reference to purchasing furniture, you can't go wrong!
