Rouge was the highlight of our wedding! The food is AMAZING and the price is very reasonable. We had our food set up in stations. There was an abundance of delicious food at every station! The quality of food from Rouge is incredible. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food tasted! We had a raw bar set up with raw oysters, shrimp cocktail, and seared tuna. It was the talk of the night! The set up and display of the food was spot on. We loved how Rouge offered set up and displays that fit our rustic theme. Our event manager Jordan was the most amazing person to work with. She was always available to us. She made the process so easy and we are so thankful for that. After signing with Rouge we had multiple changes and new ideas but nothing was too much for Rouge. Jordan and Rouge were flexible and wanted to make sure everything was perfect, which it was! Our guests are still sending us messages stating our wedding was “the best wedding ever!!” I cannot recommend this company enough. They are truly amazing!
Rouge's staff went above and beyond the terms of the agreement we'd signed to make my wedding great. Their staff made sure there was never a moment that myself or my bride went without a drink in our hands or food close at hand - the staff acted almost motherly in making sure we had time to eat! Of particular note to me were the personal touches that the coordinator, Sarah Moses, put into the signage - she took the time to match our theme perfectly, which was a completely unanticipated act on her part that touched me.
Rouge catered our wedding and they did a great job. The food tasted just as amazing as the taste testing (which, from what I understand, is a rarity amongst caterers). The chefs, cooks and management at Rouge are top notch. Lauren (manager) was very responsive and very attentive to any and all requests. If there was a request that was not immediately feasible, then she worked hard to find a solution. Would recommend to any one I personally know planning a wedding or large event.
Amazing!!! We worked with Sarah and she was fantastic. She answered my 73839 questions and was always kind, reassuring and flexible. The food was fantastic! Everyone kept saying how good it was and how beautifully presented. Sarah and her team set up so many little extra things like a favors table and folded and set up all my escort cars. There is literally nothing I would change about my experience with rouge. Thank you for giving me and my husband the most wonderful night.
Also, we had told ourselves that it was unlikely we'd manage to find a caterer that actually served GOOD wedding food, but Rouge did! Many guests told us how much they enjoyed every part of the dinner. My wife actually intends to steal some of their recipe ideas for her own.
Booking Rouge was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Their staff is extremely personable, accessible, and on top of every detail. The food was AMAZING and everything ran like clockwork. When we told our other vendors that we hired Rouge for catering, everyone was thrilled. Rouge has an a fantastic reputation and it's clear why. Great food, great service, and great people to work with!
