Enterprise is a very family oriented service. They did there very best in accommodating my needs during the tragic death of my loved one. They made sure everything went fast, smoothly and hassle free. They showed so much concern to my needs and I will forever be grateful. Also, the vehicle was nice, clean, and reliable. And every employee that I had the pleasure of interacting with was extremely kind and very professional. I will never go anywhere else.
They are Amazing!! Going through the nightmare my insurance company and the mechanic shop put me through it was a relief to have people who actually care about there job and the customers they service. I can not stress how helpful they have been through this time I can just say thank you for going above and beyond to make my experience with you all as easy as it was. They don't always have the car you need but they try very hard to accommodate, and I've always been satisfied with their services. The pick you up feature has come in handy many times.
Check-in and drop-off were smooth and efficient. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. We rented a panel van to move our daughter back to college. The round trip was about 1,200 miles and the vehicle was perfect for our needs.
