Great Trek buying experience. We went here after dealing with a rude sales manager at the Bicycle Doctor in Bel Air. JoAnne was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They clearly appreciate their customers and we will be a lifetime one now! Thanks for keeping bicycling classy!
I'm fairly new to the biking world. I took two separate bikes here to get a tune up and the employees were great. Alex was patient with all my questions I had about the bike and honest about what was important to fix ASAP vs something I could wait on. Very honest shop. Highly recommended and will continue to go there.
After a year of using a terrible Huffy Beach cruiser I finally decided to upgrade. Alex was great at showing me options in my budget and helping me understand the differences between each bike. Was able to test ride each and talk about what I felt until I fell in love with the bike I ended up getting. Never felt pressured to buy a bike which I really appreciated. Alex even showed me how to clean/line my chain properly. As soon as I got out of the shop I took it for a 12 mile spin. Great experience and great service! I would definitely recommend shopping here!

My wife and I went to the bicycle connection today to try to find a bike for her. Alex was absolutely awesome. He took the time to explain the different bikes to is and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything. His calm nature is the reason we will return to biclcycle connection to buy her a bike. Note: the bicycle connection only sells Trek bikes. Trek has a wide range of offerings ranging from around $300 to many $1000s.
