After being seated, my wife and I ordered margaritas, which tasted like they had ZERO alcohol. After taking our meal order, the waitress left us sitting for almost 40 MINUTES until my wife and I got up and left. I contacted Outback to complain and received an email from Manager Lindsey Decker, who did not return my phone calls or my email.

It's steak. It's great. The service ranges from good to great. It's never bad but sometimes the staff is a little cold.
Just ok... Hubby's blooming burger was good, fries were delicious (especially dipped in ranch), food was hot, staff was friendly. But service was slow, my fried chicken sandwich was almost sweet and the bun was falling apart. The bathroom stalls smelled like urine and floors were greasy even though it was early in the day and hardly anyone was there. And when I was almost done I found a hair stuck to one of my french fries... And so then I WAS done.
Food came quickly. Waiter was decent. Even the other guests were pretty nice. The only thing I didn't really care for was how close our tables were. The person next to me elbowed me every time he ate or lifted his glass.
