Easy to miss the turn into the parking lot from York Rd and parking spaces are limited. This location is small, dingy and outdated but the food and coffee are just fine.

The employees here did not know how to make an iced Americano. They said it could only be done hot. So you just lost my business to another coffee shop. Also did not have vanilla cream filled donut with chocolate icing. Other Dunkin's usually have these.
Shanti and Kedar make this place awesome!! I come here almost every day and they always remember my order and ask about my life and my family. It makes me feel appreciated and my coffee is always delicious.
I used to like this place until I had this terrible experience with the lady name 'Shanti'. She doesn't pay attention to details when taking orders and she talks down to you when you ask for the coffee you ordered. She even asked me to pay for the one she made wrong by her mistake. She embarrassed me in front of other customers by telling me how to order so she won't get confused?!? Seriously??????
