the gallery is lovely and the items are fabulous. however, due to the horrible customer service, i will never come back. there was an older woman, some kind of management, who was rude, short, and dismissive to customers. it was disgusting to witness. She was pretentious and made me think she hated her life or that something was missing from it. She was not patient nor kind. The experience left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. one word: karma.
The moment I stepped into the Gallery I was very much impressed. There is a very comfortable, charming feel to what some might think of as cramped or "over-packed." To me it was warm, cozy and inviting. I usually don't like shopping in cramped stores, but the environment beckons the shopper to explore and to find a beautiful treasure.
The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I think Butler Gallery is a wonderful place to shop. I plan on visiting time and time again.
I have bought great gifts from this store for many years. In addition, they have done a bunch of custom framing for me- older photos and also nice prints. They do exceptional work. I always purchase some of their jewelry for Xmas gifts- great selection!
There is a wide range of treasures to choose from which I think are very reasonably priced for the value offered.
